Please read these License Terms carefully.
These License Terms are an agreement between the author of this App and you. They apply to the software (App, Application) named above.
If you comply with these License Terms, you have the rights below:
If you do not comply with these Terms you may not use the App.
Besides the special License Agreement for this application between you and the Author – as far as not expressly excluded – this App, acquired from the Google Play Store, is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service (https://www.google.com/mobile/android/market-tos.html) and the Google Play privacy policy applicable for your country:
Scope of License: This software is licensed, not sold.
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the licensed application on suitable devices belonging to your Google Account according to the Google Play Terms of Service.
This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. The author reserves all other rights.
Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement.
You must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.
This App may be used to view (visualize) data stored in the Microsoft Azure Storage Table Service and write sample data to Azure Storage Table Service.
It can not be guaranteed, that the data are always visualized correctly by the App. You should always use an application to view the contents of the tables directly before making decisions.
This App may not be used in situations where malfunctions of the App can foreseeably result in damages to live, health or personal injury.
However nothing in this agreement removes or limits the author’s liability for e.g. fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or for death or personal injury as may be granted to you by applicable law.
Except these restrictions every kind of liability of the author for other direct or consequential damages (e.g. loss of capital, income, business or profits or any loss of data or corruption of data) is excluded.
As far as applicable law in those cases interdicts the exclusion of liability, the liability is limited to the lowest extent required by applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranty: The software is licensed ‘AS-IS’. With the exception of the above stated restrictions and except to the extent required by applicable law you bear the risk of using it. The author gives no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. To the extent permitted under your local laws, the author excludes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ability to run on a special hardware and Non-Infringement.
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Google Play Store, and Google Play Store will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you according to the rules of the Google Play Store refunding policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the licensed application and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty.
Privacy: The software of this App does not collect personal data. The Google Play Store Service may collect data according to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Play privacy policy. You agree that the author of this App can use this standard information according to the rules of the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Play privacy policy.
If you are corresponding with us by e-mail or otherwise, you may give us information about you. To correspond with you we need to store your e-mail address and the information you gave us concerning your question or request.
If you want you can give us your name or use an anonymous nickname. We will keep the given information secret and will not disclose your personal data to others unless when required to do so by law.
Security of Azure Keys: The software of this App tries to keep your Azure Keys secret, using the Xamarin.Essentials Secure Storage library. If you have once entered an Account Key, you can’t retrieve the Key back by normal ways to see it in the User Interface.
Although we made efforts to keep the keys secret, we can not make promises that the Keys cannot be retrieved now or in future by hacking attacks or similar techniques. The entered names of your Azure Accounts are not subject to special security considerations in this App, the entered Account names are stored unencrypted in a regular file.
Transmission Security: All transmissions to the Azure Storage Table service are carried out using methods with transport layer security (WindowsAzure.Storage Library 9.3.3)
Despite using these techniques the security and confidentiality of transmitted data can not be guaranteed due to possible undermining of security techniques now or in future.
You accept that the author of this App is not obliged to inform users if undermining of security techniques used in this App become known in future.
